There is nothing special in my fried eggs, only how I serve them. I like to spoil my husband time to time. He likes fried eggs, and this is what he got this morning.
With a glass I cut the middle of the bread slices, and took out that part. In a pan I fried the bread in olive oil. Then I gently slide the opened eggs in the middle of the bread. Seasoned with salt. When almost done, I grated cheese on the top, fried some pancetta in the same time, in the same pan.
I served it with vegetables.
Somebody was happy and started his day with a perfect breakfast.
